Your data and a fresh start
Haven has no accounts, so there is nothing to recover or reset online. Everything lives on your phone: deleting the app removes it all, and installing a newer APK over the old one keeps your progress. To stop saving mindful minutes, turn it off in Haven’s settings or in Apple Health or Health Connect.

Android blocks installs from outside Google Play until you allow one app to make them. When it asks, tap Settings and turn on Allow from this source. You can switch it off again under Settings › Apps › Special app access › Install unknown apps. If Play Protect offers to scan Haven, let it. Updates install over the old version and keep your progress.
